Refusal to honour warranty issue out of warranty

I bought the sales managers at NMI Pinetowns demo Dodge Caliber with 3000 km on the clock. Before 5000 km was up I knew there were some serious issues with the vehicles suspension. At each and every service I reported the same issues over and over again and at the final service under warranty I was promised the vehicle was 100% by NMI Pinetown. It was just as bad and I reported this to Dodge to assist and even though the car was just out of warranty they repaired it again and I was promised it was 100% by NMI and Dodge SA.

On Friday August the 2nd my Caliber was booked in for the 108 000km service as well as suspension concerns at Sandown. I received a quote for R29 619-60 for mainly suspension issues, 12000km after the clean bill of health from NMI???

I have now contacted Dodge SA again and spoke to Dolly to intervene and I expected them to mediate the issue and come to the party and sort out the suspension as it was never sorted out under warranty and the car is unsafe.

The response today, they refuse to accept any responsibility for the issues reported under warranty as the car is out of warranty end of story. The car has a full service history at Dodge.
