Bad Attitude

Yesterday my car went for its 30 000km service, i informed them that my rear seats could not fold down. On collection I was told "you broke the part and therefor you will need to pay" I ask to see the service manager as this car is still under service plan. His first sentance to me was "Did you buy the car from us if not we can't take responsibility for broken parts"
He had such a bad attitude and an unfriendly manner that I walked out. He followed me to the car waving his hands and mouthing now he wanted to help. On getting home I realised he had never even been in the car as the seats were still in the same stuck position, if he had wanted to help he should have got up from behind his desk, walked to my car and viewed the broken part. Attack was his only form of defence.
My husband phone David from Customer care who answered the phone with"Whats wrong Now" He promised to deal with the complaint and report back to us. We are still waiting!!!
