My Citti SI went in for its 2000km service on the 13/10/2013 plus i requested they check the throttle out as it was getting stuck. Collected my bike the next day from them drove home, next morning had to go to town needless to say the throttle broke again, called them to come out and help they did not have a vechile to help. Left scooter on the side of road walked to shop was told that they didnt have an original part they made a plan. Next thing put a pirate part in my new scooter, then after repairing it a 3rd time they now use a second hand part which now also broke down - no help from them they are happy to leave a 52 year old woman next to the road. Chantele front desk lady has disgusting attitude not worthy of any business from me or any of my friends in future
