On sale of car we were promised spare keys from previous owner, we have been asking this for over 3 years. Now that we cant drive the car they are denying responsibility and claim to have no record of us asking for the spare key.
This has been a ongoing service issue from when our cars get serviced to feedback from the dealership... DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BRANCH OR BUY A CAR FROM THEM if you want quality service.
