Nissan South Africa
Failure to assist

Cars & Transport

During a phone call on the 7th day of October 2013 I made a query regarding a quote on the side mirror of a NP200 bakkie.

I was put through to the parts section and told to hold - I held for 5 minutes. During the 5 minutes I was not placed on hold, but could hear the entire conversation in the room which included screaming between possibly employees.

I was told what the price of the mirror was and asked what it would be with labour after which I was told to rather phone back and ask to speak to the workshop. I could not be put through. When I informed the person helping me that he is not assisting me he told me it was a pleasure and hung up.

It is ridiculous that this is the type of service you get from a national dealer. This is not the first incident that has happened with this specific branch as I am still awaiting a response from a scratch on my bakkie after a service.

Really disappointed - doubt that I will buy a Nissan in the future if this is the service you receive.
