Very poor service

There was about 5 attendants working Sunday 06/10/2013 morning, and I was standing at the pump waiting for service, after about 20min still no service, so I left and went to Sasol up the road, when I drove in there was attendants leading me to the correct pump as I was helped. Manage the staff at Caltex.
