PG Glass Kya Sands - terrible service

Called 30th Sep Mon morning, gave all my details incl contact number, then lost reception, they don't call back, I constantly called, on Wed morning they measured and quoted, I accepted and told them to go ahead. I had to call constantly, nobody gets back to me. This morning (8days later) they call to say the job can only be done between 8:30 & 9:15? on any day, the call is cut, they do not call back? My business (where the broken glass is) only open at 10am till 17:30. Sorry someone else will get my money, you obviously don't need it.
