Oil will be charged R1600 extra on a service

Produkta Nissan - Quoted R3800 for 60000km service but they want to charge me R1600 extra for oil!
I called Produkta Nissan in Nelspruit for a quote on the 23rd of January 2013 for a 60 000km service on a 2007 Nissan NAVARA, MARGA NEL quoted me an estimate of R3800 so I made the booking.
On the 28th of January 2013 we took the vehicle, a few hours later they called me and said the service will be R4200 and R1600 for the diff oil. In the service booklet it clearly states the diff oil to be replaced.
How can this be R1600 extra if I was quoted for a 60 000km service (that include the diff oil)???
The workshop manger had a "whatever I do not care attitude" and told me oil is expensive.
