Purchase of a Merc 2003 at Discount price

I was looking for a vehicle, contacted GWN Patick spoke he mentioned there is a Merc going for 85000, I mentioned I had R70000 - then this car was discounted to R70000 - he said he will delivery it to me, on the 10Th sept, the car arrived, I test drove it no problems, I liked this vehicle, and made payment on the 11th Sept, the 13th of Sept the car was delivered to me with COR he mentioned if I had problems in the month they will sort it out for me, the Sunday I noticed the air- was not working the review mirror on the left was broken, reported it Patick the 15th, no response he said he will sort out, did not received the log book phoned on numerous occasions they had excuses, Patrick avoided my calls, they till this date the 05 Oct I have not received my log book, after my daughter called Patrick they eventually said take car in to GWM Ladysmith, while going the clutch was slipping I complained they said they cannot do anything they at a loss, but I am at a bigger loss cause now I have to spend more how could tyres pass COR and are Bald, I get no help, service nor phone calls, how does one solve this, they need to fix these faults and give me my logbook. Please Help me
