Be weary

First off this started in March this year. I took my motorcycle in for an oil leak. After one week of waiting I phoned them only to find out that they have not even started to look at my bike. Louis made excuses which at the time sounded reasonable. Only after three weeks did they start with my bike and finished it after 4 weeks. When I went to collect my bike there was suddenly a service light coming up which never happened before and Louis informed me that my variable intake was cracked/broken. After another few weeks of waiting it was still not fixed so I fetched my bike from them where they charged me R2500 for replacing two gaskets, but my bike was still not in running order and on top I found that many of the push in grommets and many of the screws of the fairings were missing. At least they did replace the screws and grommets, thank you for that. Now after a mere -1000Km of riding the oil leak on my bike is even worse than before. I will not take my bike to them again. And I would not recommend them to anyone as in that time I went there a few times more than I would have liked, and often walked in to find another person also having complaints against the workshop
