I bought a new Boy Flame 200 in June last year. All went well through the running in process.
After a few months of riding the bike, which was always a little sluggish, the 4 bolts holding the rear sprocket on hub sheared and the bike was un drive able. The bike went in to Big Boy in Sea Point and i was told that they would need to order spares (a new hum assembly and the bolts and clips that lock the nuts in place. I fetched the bike and paid for the repairs and was told that they only needed to replace the nuts and bolts. So the bike was running but the sprocket setup was completely different from other flames, and suddenly the bike wasn't sluggish anymore and has been a pleasure to ride. about 3 weeks ago i topped up the oil and ended up over filling the bike, which caused it to cut out while riding and instead of trying to carry on riding, i had the bike taken in to Big Boy again. They opened the engine up and found a nut in the oil reservoir? How was this introduced as only Bigboy and i have ever added oil. I once again paid for repairs only to receive the bike back with scratched engine covers and exhaust and no action from the dealer.
