Great attitude from dealership

After a lacklustre response to an enquiry about a bottom of the range Ford Figo at my local Claremont Ford dealer last year. I travelled 80km to Paarl, on a colleague's recommendation. The attitude of Jaco Carstens and his team was like chalk and cheese compared with my local dealership. I was treated as a VIP, and subsequently purchased the Figo and received great after-sales service. I have recently purchased a top of the range EcoSport from Jaco and experienced the same high standards of service. It's sad that my local dealership could not have given me the same service, but full marks to Novel Paarl
