Empty promises

Hello Peter,
In-spite of all my efforts of trying to get BMW to come to the party, i have on numerous occasions failed dismally.
The company has no clue what the meaning of putting customers needs first mean. This is like a ship sailed by a bunch of Mickey mice. I am beyond anger, I just have no fight in me anymore. They have caused me stress I am even growing pimples. My car has been kept by these guys since 12 August 2013, till to date. Everyday is a new excuse. Its either they are waiting for a door, or a bumper, tomorrow its the wheel alignment. What else should I expect from these guys. The said part about this whole thing I am loosing money, because I paid 2 months installments including insurance for a luxury car I don't drive. I give them an award for best incompetent, selfish and useless company ever.
