Regret ever having to deal with them

I was directed to this company by my insurance. I paid my excess to them on Friday (27-09-2013). Due to their incompetence and lack of good service I asked my insurance to change them. This lady I was supposed to deal with was giving me incorrect info anf not updating me on anything, I had to follow her around. Even the guy that was assessing th parts to be ordered for my car was plain rude, failed to do the basics, greeting.
They promised me a refund of my excess yesterday (30-09-2013), I haven't got it till now. I kept calling the guy that asked for my banking details, David, even this morning I called him. Only today did he tell me that the refund was awaiting authorising signatures, which he said Kathy forgot to tell me. Even now I don't have my excess, and I have to pay it to the other panel beater that will be fixing my car.
I have never had to deal with such ineptitude, I'm glad I cancelled before they even strarted working on my car. I want my money though!!!
