I will never buy another Hyundai

My car an H1 bus had a runaway diesel motor, all i expected was Hyundai to swap out the vehicle, not a new one just assume the risk of the current vehicle and give me a similar year model with similar KM as i was concerned that there would be more issues with this vehicle given the strain it has just gone through. They had to replace most of the engine. I am then informed it is fine, and yes then the gear box fails. However i am still expected to have peace of mind at this point. After numerous telephone conversations and being a large corporation i get the usual it will have to be directed to the motor Ombudsman for arbitration. Well done Hyundai management and directors for thinking out the box and sorting out what is really a big deal. Never in Hyundai's experience have they had an H1 bus do this and the best they can come up with is the Ombudsman.
