Bad Service @ VW Hatfield from the Maintenace Dept

My car was brought to the dealership on Saturday night after i had a brake down, caused by a nut that fastens one of the rods from the wheel to the shocks came loose while driving on the gravel road and it caused some noise on the right front wheel. When the dealership opened on Monday morning the car that was parked right in front of the entrance where car that come for service go through was just neglected until we basically force them to attend to it. I never even received a call from the maintenance department to say that my car was there and to find out what was wrong. after they repaired not even a single supervisor came to tell me why the nut that was suppose to have been fastened just came loose, the only explanation was that because i drove on the gravel road that's why it came loose. it was as if nothing major had happened.
