Robbed at your station by your staff

Hi there, I went to Encilox ta Caltex Ulundin on late afternoon of 21 Sept, I asked for a full tank of unleaded petrol. When we finished, we were asked to pay about R500 and went to the till inside to complete the transaction as I was using a bank card. When the transaction went through, I was charged R771 which is different from what I was told was my bill by the attendant. We enruired to see the printout of the pump so we can trace the transaction, but we were told we could not do this.

I suspect criminal activities in the station espacially when they can see that the customer is using a bank card.

I want a printout of the transactions that happened on that day and I want to be sure that what I paid for is the correct amount of petrol that I received, someone needs to do a printout of the transactions on that pump.
