Good Day, please assist as a matter of urgency.

I hired a luxury car on the 21-09-2013 and returned the car on the 22-09-2013. It's been more than a week now and I have still not received my monies back that was debited from Avis on the 21-09-2013. Amounts are..R22000.00, R1200.00, R1026.43.

A total of R24227.43 was deducted from the credit card. This is not good service. I'm becoming irate now as I'm getting no joy from the call centres.

I was advised that my money would be refunded to me within 4 days after returning the car, which I did with no issues.

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.
