I have phone numerous times to get prices for parts, every time they say "we will call you back" and then i hear nothing from them.

i have been waiting for a couple of weeks to hear from them and i phoned this morning to find out if they have the pricing, and guess what... "we will phone you back" needless to say i told them its fine, they can leave it.

if you want to run a business, look after your customers and keep your promises! without customers you do not have a business.
