Pathetic Service

On the 25th of January I, Ricky Chetty purchased a vehicle from Pharoah
Auto and the AA test had many faults but they still
passed the vehicle due to the fact that I was going to
drive to Durban. The salesman Dennis Venter promised me
that all repairs will be done in Durban and will be paid
by them. He recommended that I go to Bosh Service Centre
and submit the quotation to them. Which I did. Two weeks
later I found out that Dennis had resigned and that I had
to deal with Daniel Harper. I contacted Daniel Harper who
said that the quote from Bosh was absorbent and I was asked
for my banking details to deposit money for repairs, but I
did not receive any money. I complained to him about the
gear box and about the vehicle not been used. He suggested
that the engine and gearbox mounting be repaired first to
check whether the gearbox still has a problem. Which he
will pay for. Mr Harper also said that if it costs R25 000
he will refund my money and take the vehicle back.
After many phone calls he said he will speak to Mr Scott
and come back to me. Its been two weeks and Mr Harper has
still not returned any of my calls.
