Cant even fix a window that's brackets was broken

I have been servicing my Toyota Hilux since day one at Pretoria North Toyota. Last week my Driver door window just collapsed and fell in. I couldnt open it. I went to Toyota and ask if they can fix it for me. Surley it wont take all day. They then refered me to PG Glass as they say i need to book the car in for a whole day. Nice customer service - not. Just out of intrest i went to one and ask them how long will it take. There response 30min tops. I then decided to ask Toyota to fix the window on Monday the 28th January 2013 as it was book in for a services anyway. Guess what they phoned me before 10am and sorry go to PG Glass. This is terrible service and will never prefer them to anyone and i am not going there again. I have at 13 friends that now will never service their car there again. Really not impressed at all.
