Worst customer service

The attendant wanted me to give out a pin to the cashier as their machine is in the shop and can't be taken out for a CUSTOMER to sign. I refused and the attendant in full view of everybody there started an argument with me. I promised him that I'll report him because Bp is a brand and he's ruining the brand, and he loudly said he does not care. He is tall and very light skinned. He also accused me of refusing to pay because I didn't want to give out my PIN CODE. I have been labelled a in front of a group of people by someone who does not value my contribution to the company that pays his salary.
