ALWAYS HAVE TO PLEAD FOR YOUR REFUND!!

I have rented a vehicle from THIS company twice now and EVERY time i have to log a complaint or beg somebody to refund me!!! i have already paid FIRST CAR RENTAL a total of R3630 and now i would like my full amount of R2156.97 refunded immediately.it is unprofessional that customers need to plead for their refunds 100% of the time! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! their contract states you need to wait 7 days for the refund, but after 7 days you need to beg and plead for someone to refund you which will probably take another 7 days like last time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY.
