No feedback on concinment

I have received no feedback since 16 September from THabo mamaregame with regards to the delivery of a concinmentwhich he advised would be delivered the next day. I have sent emails and left messages for feedback to no avail, I do not understand the purpose of the clearing agent if I need to contact SARS directly. I would like someone to provide me with accurate feedback ASAP!
