Bad Service on Used Car Sale

I bought my used vw Golf 6 tdi on the 14 September. Used the car the weekend. Returning it on the Monday with the issues i have picked up the weekend.
The Clutch is to high and shudder.
The Radios back light is dead.

The Sales rep don't come back to you to update you on the status of the repair.
Can't decide if they want to replace the clutch.
