Worst service eve

I went to return the car at avis Umhlanga (cabana beach) and the office was closed.
i was not sure what to do with the vehicle .so i contacted the guy whos works in the office . he was very rude and told me to wait for him for 20 min, which i coudnt do because had to report back to work . i did not like the way the guy spoke to me . i feel its reflect bad image for a well known company like avis.
