You only have an Atos so we couldn't be bothered

Took son's Atos in for 2nd service in Nov. When car returned noticed oil leak, whining noise and jumping out of gear in 5th gear. Took vehicle back but couldn't find anything wrong. Oil leak was because oil had been overfilled. From Jhn to Vdb car again jumped out of gear 13 times. Called to book car in but could only take it on 24th Dec so booked it in for Jan 08. Still couldn't find anything wrong and said they would send gearbox away. Monday 13 Jan advised car was ready only to find that it had been standing at the service centre without anyone looking at it and gearbox had not even been removed. 23 Jan still no feedback. Service Centre does not answer calls after phone ringing for 10 mins and does not bounce back to switchboard, messages are not returned and the Dealer Principal is just not interested. Do not offer "loan car" because we only have an Atos and service only offered to those with the expensive options. We have bought 4 brand new Hyundai in 10 years (Getz x 2, Atos and i10). Will NEVER buy Hyundai again as there is no after sales service. As matter of interest when Atos went for 1st service someone smashed into it at service centre and no one bothered to tell us.
