Bad customer service

I have received terribly customer service from Technostar. My car went in to be repaired after being and recovered- the actual panel beating and workmanship is not bad (I guess time will tell) however the customer service is shocking. They make endless promises as to when the vehicle will be ready- i finally get my vehicle back, only to find that they didnt even bother to clean the light cream leather- dirty black hand marks all over the vehicle. If your vehicle was and recovered and you havent seen it for 5 weeks do you wana get into a vehicle with black, gease marks everywhere. To top it off, they cant even find my spare key that i gave them at the begining, in order for them to code the key. They are really disorganised- no one can give you a straight answer when you phone.
