Mokar Panelbeaters
Rude staff made me not accept their quote

My motor vehicle was involved in an accident on Friday night the 13th September and I went for a quote to Mokar Panelbeaters. When I first arrived at their reception I was not even greeted and got papers put in front of me and told "fill these out". I then filled them out and the lady at the front told me to sit and wait for someone. I then waited a good 20min for somebody to come assist me. When the gentlemen finally arrived he did not even great me or ask me how I was doing he just said, "Is it your car that needs an evaluation? " We then proceeded to the car and I was telling him the story about that I was going to repair it privately and not through insurance, he did not even respond to me or say that he understands.
Once the quote was complete and he handed it to me I told him that they were a lot more expensive than the other panelbeaters, He then replied to me " Well then go to them because we don't need your business" I then walked out and went with another panelbeating company.
