Vehicle registration

I bought a Toyota bakkie previously used in a mine a never registered to be used on a public road. I have been for the past 3 months made over 50 calls and no one seems to know or willing to help. All I need according to the licensing department is a certificate of first registration of the motor vehicle. I have tried to talk to the customer care people and they rudely told me they only deal with warranties only. I have tried to call Durban factory I the phones ring to eternity... anyone able to assist from Toyota?
