An hour after my complaint i received a call from Kia (Dalene Nel) where they have already made calls etc. to sort out the problem with my car. Within 3 days the problem was sorted out and my car was fixed. I was truly satisfied with the quick response as well as the follow up response from Dalene and Richard from Eastvaal Motors.
