Thugs rob your car while you get refreshments

Last night, on my way from Limpopo to JHB, I stopped at Shell Ultra-city in Middleburg. I should have carried on when I noticed half the "stop" was being renovated, Anyway, as nature was calling, I decided to stop. Well, what an experience. I locked my car with my remote, and I did double check - I'm aware of this new type of car break-in, and off I went.
Firstly, the toilets were ghastly, in containers on site, with no running water, and in a bad condition.
I then went to the shop, where someone told me stop what I was doing, and check my car. I did so, and there they were, two young black chaps in my car, taking my luggage
I chased them, as they ran to a dark area beside the car-park. I used to be a good sprinter, and they realized I would not give up, so they dropped my stuff and off they went. I did not pursue, simply picked up my stuff, returned it to my car.
I drove off, around the back of the stop, went back to the car-park, where I waited and watched. Here I saw a whole organised syndicate was watching all cars coming into the car park, and their own vehicle was at the back of the park.
The garage attendants know this is going on, but management will do nothing to help
