Paid - Never ordered parts and Goes on leave

Paid for the parts including courier fees with EFT on the 2013-09-13 08:22. Were assured i would have the part by 2013-09-17. Phoned on the 16th and part were not even ordered. Phoned on the 17th, part were only ordered via email on the 17th the morning.
When i complained i were told the person responsible never informed his fellow sales persons and went on leave without handing over sales info..
Will not be using them again in future, will take my business elsewhere...
