Very dangerous vehicle

I recently purchased a mahindra hawk from mahindra bloemfontein, since purchasing it it has been giving me problems and every time i reported it mahindra said to bring back so they can repair it and kept promising a loan vehicle and upon arriving would not give 1 except the last time eventually, the bakkie was stil not right so i took it for an AA test, it costed me alot of money but they pointed out in their report that there was an assembly problem and a few other problems, i contacted mahindra's head office who only say that we should bring it in so that they may repair it and refuse to either refund my money or give me a new vehicle and also reimberse me on the money spent to keep driving up and down the AA test cost, which i would say is fair since they were at fault and refuse till now to acknowledge. are they now going to strip and reassemble this junk? how is then a brand new vehicle as i paid for? isn't that somewhat against the law? Mahindra south africa sells death traps on wheels and do not care much for after sales service... DO NOT BUY A MAHINDRA!!!
