VW Products failuressss!!!

I bought a brand new Caddy VW in 2011 Feb. Since then I had problems with it going into limp mode. After the 3rd/4th try they resolved the issue but they can't tell me how they did it. Now with 82500km on the clock the gearbox is faulty. Note the warranty expired 7month ago. What can I do!!! Also having trouble with panels falling off inside and water gets in somewhere. I look after the vehicle very good. Any advice please!!!
