Vehicle scratched while in for Repairs

I sent my vehicle in for repairs and ended up waiting nearly a week for it to be repaired even though I was told daily that it would "probably" be ready the next day. Eventually it was ready for collection and as I was sick that day, I sent my wife to collect it. She noticed a large scratch on my roof the second she approached the vehicle and told the service representative it wasn't there before. The lady said they would check the vehicle inspection sheet and when they retrieved my file, the sheet included was BLANK, even though one was completed in my presence when I booked the vehicle in. I mailed Lyndhurst on the 5th of September informing them of this and requesting the original inspection sheet but by the 9th had received no reply and so mailed them again. On the 10th I had still received no reply and so mailed them again and only received a reply finally the next day. I had been told by Kirsty Van Den Berg that I would be contacted by Johan de Beer the Service Manager "shortly." He mailed me the following day (12th) asking for my number (even though the dealership obviously already has this information) which I provided. It is now the 16th and still no reply.
