Landrover specialists are clueless

I've been a regular customer of British 4x4 buying spares for my 4 defenders. When I decided to fit a "little black box" to one of the vehicles they were my obvious choice. What a disaster!!! It is now 3 weeks since they started working on the car and I still have endless hassles with the alarm going off for no reason. Three times they have taken it back to rectify but without success. It has now become clear to me that they take the car in and let it stand in the yard for two days without touching it then they'll phone and say its fixed. Twice now I've caught them out lying blatantly about the work they've done. It is such a disappointed but my advice is don't let them touch your Landy - they are clueless! You have been warned!!
