Car damaged during annual service

I took my Figo for its annual service at Metro Auto in Pretoria. On collection of my vehicle we noticed bumps on the bonnet which wasn't there when I dropped it off. The personnel refuse to take responsibility for it and now it's my word against theirs. The lady who did the inspection in the morning did not notice the bump which confirms that it must have happened during the time of service. This is not the service I am used to receiving from Ford.
