Another ignored client, after 14 weeks!

I see plenty of complaints about Renew-it Sandton's non-existing communication skills. I'm yet another victim in this whirlpool.
My unfortunate situation:
My vehicle went in for repairs on 13 May 2013. I collected it on 28 May 2013. The vehicle's bodywork and painting was done perfectly, but the exhaust had NOT been fixed/replaced.
The guys at Renew-It Sandton ensured me that they had ordered a new exhaust for the Mazda CX5, and that it had not yet been delivered to them. The time-frame they gave me back then (28 May) was that delivery of the imported part could take up to 5 weeks. After 5 weeks passed, I regularly called Nicole. She had the exact same story every time, saying that the exhaust has not arrived yet and that "the guys" haven't yet notified her about WHEN it will be delivered to them.
She promises to call me back with a delivery date after every conversation we have, but never does so.

Fifteen weeks (YES! 15 weeks) have passed since I collected my vehicle and started waiting.

I would like to receive - in writing - a date (please also specify the Year) when my vehicle can be brought in for the exhaust fitment.
