I logged an insurance claim for a windscreen repair with your call centre on Friday 6 Sept.(2214161) I finally got a call on Monday from Roland at your Sandton Branch. This despite the fact that I told the Call Centre that Midrand or Benoni would be a preferred outlet. When I told Roland I was not going to come into Sandton and that I would prefer Midrand, he told me he would send a mobile unit out but this would only happen on Tuesday. Tuesday they arrived but with the incorrect Vehicle's Glass. The installation was then rescheduled to today (Wednesday at 11am) At 12.45 nobody had arrived. On calling him, I was told that they would be here in 30min. An hour later I had to call again because still no PG Glass? Now I'm told they are still on the way and will be here in 30min. This was the same story as before? Now my customers deliveries have been impacted. I could have done what I needed to and kept my customers satisfied if I had only been kept informed. In fact, if I'd just gone into the Midrand centre to get this done as I wanted to, the window would have been fitted by now
