BRAKES FAILED

I bought a brand new Chevrolet Spark for my daughter in April 2013. On the 23 rd August 2013 the brakes failed, fortunately it happened in a safe area where she was able to bring the vehicle to a stop with the hand brake & gear shift. I went to Tzaneen Delta where I bought the car & reported to them what happened. I was told that the brake system is a sealed unit which they will send to GMSA for a full diagnosis as to why this occurred. When we were received notification that the car was ready, we were told that the part was not sent as promised to GMSA but only their report. The salesman who sold me the car said that the mechanic told him the brakes failing could have been because she was driving with her handbrake on! That is impossible & offensive, its as if they wanted to put the blame on her. She was told to collect her car today, but they still do not have a full diagnostic report as promised we would receive in case something else goes wrong with the vehicle. I am a very unhappy customer & refuse to accept the car back without the above.
