East Rand Toyota are Criminals

I bought a Lexus from said dealer in Feb. The car was scratched and had multiple smaller issues that I asked to have fixed. They took the car to fix and gave it back with a chipped windscreen and the paint job in a worse condition. I wanted to give the vehicle back and they said they will find another one for me. After 2-3 months of dodging me they fired the salesman Paulo who was handling my case. Robin the "Manager" took things over and said he will sort everything out. After another month they still could not find the vehicle I wanted. He then said he would fix up the Lexus so it was 100% and I agreed that if that is the case I would keep it. Almost a month ago I realised my license expired which means they never registered the vehicle. A week ago they said the vehicle needs to go for a roadworthy first. I took the car for a roadworthy which it FAILED. They are now refusing to fix the faults so the car can pass the vehicle. Both rear tyres and right front shock needs replacing. They now claim they will not pay for something I have used. I got the car with 103k on the clock and it now has 110k. So they recon I caused the damage in 7000km? Can someone assist me in this matter?
