It is funny how it work that once we have purchased a vehicle from your dealerships somehow the aftersales experience disappears. When the vehicle was bought initially we had problems with the vehicle where the warning light of Check Airbag continuously appears. The car was sent in for a check and it was resolved where they had to replace the Airbag switch. Now we are sitting with the same problem, but the person responsible for the sale is being rude towards my mother and not showing any respect towards a member of the opposite sex. He told her that he would look into getting them a courtesy car in order for him to collect the car we bought so it can be sent in for a service, however when she never heard from him after a week she contacted him and he was very rude to her over the phone. If this is how your sales persons respond to a query I don't what to know how they react on a new sale query, we bought the vehicle cash and now we are not receiving the service we are supposed to get. We would like to have this problem resolved as a matter of urgency.
