CHARGING FOR BAD WORKMANSHIP

I sent my vehicle to Randburg Diesel & Turbo last year for repairs. It came back and a while later the same problem occurred. I sent it back to them and they wanted another R13 000 to fix the same problem!! I took it to another company for less than half the cost. I queried the invoice form Randburg Diesel and said I am not going to pay for their none existant workmanship. They have since got nasty and are threatening me. I do not have expensive legal fees to pay, so I am sending the relevant documentation the the Ombudsman to assist. This is just a warning to other not to use their services. I know personally a lot of construction compnaies who use their services, and hopefully they read this, so they can see what Randbrug Diesel does to individuals.
