SA Post Office
Parcel at Tshwane Hub since 13 Nov 2013

I have a parcel that is "in transit" at the Post Office Tshwane Hub since 13 November 2013. I have mailed customer care which promised to get back to me within 48 hours, which has not happened.

What is the problem, I urgently need this parcel!!
