COMPANY CAR HIT ME

I am appalled at the lack of honesty and integrity of this company. One of their company
vehicles did an illegal turn and hit my car. After numerous calls and emails, I am still waiting on their insurance details etc. The owner of the vehicle has a new excuse every time I call as to why he is unable to assist me with something as simple as his ID number. There has been no assistance, no interest or eagerness to rectify the occurence by Thortrans. Terrible terrible bunch of people from incompetent drivers to utterly useless and negligent management. Further action will be taken by my lawyers.
