Sold a car he never had

I did a transaction with the dealer Rob, had the finance approved and almost all the papers sighned, luckily not the payment release form for the bank. When I arrived from Cape Town I was told the car is no longer available, after I told Rob 12 hoursearlier that I was leaving to collect the car. He didnt sell the car to somebody else, it seems he never even had the car. Yet he proceeded to arrange financing and everything, hoping I would sighn the payment release form before I saw the vehicle.
He now refuses to refund me for my travelling expensis, but this will cost him dearly as I will warn everybody of the way this guy deals, including all the banks.
Be carefull of this guy, look at all his previous complaints. Not a straight dealer.
