LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I recently purchased a vehicle at the randburg zeda car sales branch. I first enquired about the vehicle about 2 weeks ago and had started applying for financing for a car I was interested in buying. At the time I had gotten a quote of R140 000 for a car with 31 000 km. When I went back after my financing had been approved and the contract had been signed, on day of collection of the vehicle, I was told that the car I had gotten the quote for had been sold. The car they were selling was had 38 000km instead. They failed to tell me this prior to see signing the documentation! That's almost half a years worth of driving. Had I been informed of this prior I would've had enough time to look for better deals. And when I asked about this the dealer said he'd thought the finance lady had informed me. Which I know is not the case. He insisted that I had already been given a discount, saying that the original cost of the car I was purchasing was R142 000 and I was paying R 140 000 with on the road cost included. But I would've paid R140 000 for the car with 31000 KM regardless. I subsequently checked on [URL Removed] and saw that my car was infact still advertised for R138000.He was lying!!!
