Hired a car from the airpot in May that was high jacked in Soweto, struggled to get through to the call centre to report and get assisted. Finally got through and related the incident to the consultant who referred us to one of their legal person to assist us. The gentleman called Spiker indeed gave us call back and he was at the Orlando police station in record time to our amusement, it happened on a Thursday night and Friday the company did not even call us to find out whats going on or even give a courtesy call. Saturday afternoon my husband and i went into the Sandton branch and the consultant was surprised to even hear of the incident meaning the legal person did not submitt a report. Sunday we went to the OR Tambo branch where we wanted to find out the way forward, and was told that the deposit was not refundable, on top of that they hacked into my husbands account and took over another R3000.00 on top of the R2900.00 they kept. Their service is disgusting and not professional at all they do not communicate with the customer. I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THAT INCOMPETENCE DOGE COMPANY!
