Case was handed to DRC in 22/07/2009. Mrs Ludick has spoken to myne case managers and keeps on being told that they are waitng for the money. James and Slabbert Motors has closed down. Mrs Ludick has got a letter from DRC that states the respondent agrees to pay the applicant the amount on the 30/09/2009. But it did not happen. Please can you assist.
